What’s Coming in 2011

December 26, 2010

I finally decided to bite the bullet and finally start MY own class.

In the past I used to worry about whether I could find a location, get enough students and all that. Those were my reasons for not starting my own class. So even though I love to teach (you can call me compulsive teacher) I have put off starting my own class for ages.

Anyway, that has changed. Personal reasons mainly, but I’ve decided to stop letting fear hold me back. I have done pretty well in teaching other topics, so I believe it’s time for me to stretch myself and get started with teaching Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu too.

And once I made the decision to do that, the general teaching outline for the whole of 2011 just clicked within my mind. And I’m already getting excited about it, about starting a class that’s just for beginners and taking a budo journey with them to grow as much as they can within one year.

Not really grounding shaking for those who have been teaching their own classes for years, but it is a major turning point for me. Stay tuned, I’ll keep you posted about the developments in this area! šŸ™‚
